One 6" x 24" x 24" block of smooth, rigid white expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam for big projects. EPS foam is easy to work with and perfect for use with Hot Wire tools. Great for sculptures, craft projects and more! Rated 1 PCF (pound per cubic foot).

Shipping foam is outrageously expensive - try to buy it locally. Please note that foam is shipped in a separate box from other items you order because this is the maximum box size that will ship in this weight category without high oversize box penalty charges. Shipping foam is expensive because postage is calculated based on volume, not just weight.

You can usually find sheets of polystyrene foam in the insulation section of your local hardware or building supply store. If you need to laminate sheets together, we recommend using our Foam Fusion glue. If there is a silver Mylar coating it will have to be removed before gluing.
